Q) Free shipping for international orders?
A) We provide free shipping for orders of $130.00 and more, on our Sykik Rider products, by US Postal service to most locations across the world.
Q) Do you have a physical store I can visit?
A) We do not have a retail store. But you are welcome to visit our offices, or warehouse in Los Angeles california . Contact us for more details!
Q) When will I get my stuff?
A) Sykik currently ships from warehouses in Los Angeles. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one working day. please allow 3-5 days for transit time.
You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped with tracking number.
Please note: Sykik reserves the right to request additional information to verify your order. Your order may need to be placed on hold and/or canceled until the order can be verified. We do this to protect the identity of our customers so that we can provide a safe online experience.
Q) When will you charge my credit card?
A) When you place an order, an authorization is put on your card for the amount of your order. Your credit card is not actually charged, however, until your items actually ship and tracking information is available.
