Do you have an extension wire for the rear camera?
The unit comes with long cord. Extention cables are also available if yopu would need them.

Is the camera recording 24/7 what md card I need with space 24/7
This unit takes pair of 128GB micro-SD card. With loop recording, it will record clips of 1-5 minutes movies. Takes up to 10 hours of recording, before memory card is full. Then it will start deleting the oldest file and replace it with new. So you will always have the last 5-10 hours of your drive. You can always change the memory card if you want to save more than this time period.
